Payments can be made in cash, check, or major credit card including AMEX and Discover. Bench charges are assesed only if we troubleshoot an item but repairs are not performed.

We do our best to expedite every item brought in for repair. Turn around time varies due to parts availablity and workload. For current turnaround time contact Mike Juarez at 713-781-2100.

Our techs strongly recommend that you back up any and all data, when possible, before any service is performed. Evans Music City is not responsible for any lost data.

Our shop also sells a limited number of small parts for the D-I-Y types. Fuses, tubes, connectors, and speaker components can be purchased from the shop during regular shop hours. All parts, unless installed and serviced by an Evans Music City service tech, are sold as is with no warranty.

Our repair shop currently handles warranty service for KORG, JBL, Yamaha, Roland, QSC, Peavey, and Wharfedale products. We are not authorized to service any other manufacter's warranty claims. In those cases, warranty work will be sent back to the manufacturer or referred to an authorized service center for that brand or item. We repair most items not under warranty. Items under warranty other than those brands listed above serviced at Evans will void any remaining manufacturer's warranty.
